Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with RAWE, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the RAWE website and any related channels operated by us.

About Us

RAWE is a Cambodian beauty brand based in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. We create and sell cosmetic products, currently including the RAWE Creamy Blush Stick, through our website and official social media channels.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed in good faith. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings. Shade descriptions and swatch images are provided as accurate a representation as possible.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the payment method provided. RAWE accepts ABA Pay, Wing Money, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for deliveries within Cambodia.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Full payment is required before dispatch, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery

We deliver within Cambodia only. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days for Phnom Penh and 3–5 business days for other provinces. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

RAWE is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including natural disasters, public holidays, road conditions, or third-party courier delays.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is outlined separately in our Returns & Refunds page. By purchasing from RAWE, you agree to the terms described there.

Cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of RAWE and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission. Sharing our content on social media with proper credit is welcome and appreciated.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm RAWE, its employees, or other users.

You must not post, share, or transmit any content that is false, misleading, offensive, or in violation of Cambodian law through our channels.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Cambodian law, RAWE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product(s) in question.

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
