Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
We want you to love your RAWE blush stick. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
· Opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons) · Products purchased during flash sales or marked as final sale · Gift cards · Items not purchased directly through RAWE official channels
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via Telegram (@raweofficail) or Instagram DM (@raweofficail).
Include the following in your message: · Your full name and order number · A clear photo of the product and its condition · The reason for your return
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method — ABA Pay, Wing Money, or cash (for Cash on Delivery orders).
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged product).
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your product for a different shade if it hasn't been opened. Simply follow the return process above and let us know which shade you'd like instead.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred shade is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. RAWE is not responsible for lost return packages.
For customers in Phnom Penh, we may arrange a pickup at our discretion. Contact us to check availability.
